The competition organizer is MeinLieblingsposter GmbH, Hüttenstraße 27, 40215 Düsseldorf, which operates the website www.meinhundeposter.de . The competition has no connection with Facebook or Instagram and is not sponsored, supported, or organized by Facebook or Instagram in any way. Facebook and Instagram, along with our newsletter, are merely platforms on which MeinLieblingsposter GmbH markets the competition. The recipient of the information provided is not Facebook or Instagram, but MeinLieblingsposter GmbH / Mein Hundeposter. All questions, comments, and/or complaints regarding the competition should be directed exclusively to MeinLieblingsposter GmbH.
- ELIGIBILITY TO PARTICIPATE
Only persons residing in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland and over the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Employees of MeinLieblingsposter GmbH or its affiliated companies are excluded from participation.
- PARTICIPATION DEADLINE
Information on the participation deadline can be found in the competition on the respective platform or further down in the section for the individual competition.
- PARTICIPATION
Participation in the competition takes place via the respective social media channel. The eligibility requirements, participation period, prizes, and information on how to win are set out in the competition description (see below).
MeinLieblingsposter GmbH reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time. This applies particularly in cases of force majeure or if the competition cannot be conducted or continued for other (organizational, technical, or legal) reasons. Participants are not entitled to any claims in such cases.
By participating in the promotion, the participant accepts these terms and conditions.
The purchase of products from MeinLieblingsposter GmbH or the external partners named under 6 of these terms and conditions does not increase the chance of winning.
- WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
The winners will be randomly drawn and notified via email within 7 days of the daily competition. Winners must also respond to the email within 7 days. If a winner does not respond within the specified time frame, their prize will be drawn again among all participants.
- PRIZES
The prize is awarded for the respective competition. All information can be found in the competition itself on the platform or further down in the section for the individual competition. Cash payment is not possible.
- SHIPPING THE PRIZE
To claim the prize, the winner agrees to provide MeinLieblingsposter GmbH with their name and address within the aforementioned 7-day period. Shipping will be handled by us or our partners. Delays may occur due to holidays. The participant is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information.
- DATA PROTECTION
To deliver the prizes, the winners' personal data (email address, name, and address) will be shared with third parties. Delivery of the respective prizes cannot be guaranteed. This may vary depending on the competition partner.

- LEGAL RECOURSE
Legal recourse is excluded.
- LIABILITY
MeinLieblingsposter GmbH is not liable for damages related to participation in the competition or the acceptance and use of the prize, unless the competition organizer or its vicarious agents act intentionally or with gross negligence. This does not affect any claims for compensation based on injury to life, limb, or health, as well as on breaches of essential contractual obligations.
- SALVATION CLAUSE
Should one or more of the above clauses be or become invalid, ineffective, or unenforceable in whole or in part, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. A valid, corresponding clause shall take their place. The same applies if there is a gap in the provisions.
