Shipping times can vary depending on the product. You'll find the estimated delivery time on each product page, just below the description.

Shipping within the contiguous United States (48 states) is free on orders over $50.
For orders under $50, a flat shipping rate of $4.95 applies.
For orders to Alaska, we charge a flat shipping rate of $9.95.

We strive to ensure that all products arrive in one order. However, depending on the products ordered, this may not be possible.
However, the portrait and frame always come together. Your portrait will arrive already framed.

Yes, you will receive a tracking number. You'll find this in the shipping confirmation email you receive after your portrait has been shipped.

We accept all major payment methods, including PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and all major credit cards.

We ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Alaska. We don’t ship to Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

If your order arrives damaged, we will gladly replace it. Please contact our customer service team for assistance.
