Image Guide

Image quality is important for portraits. Keep these tips in mind:

  1. Photo taken in daylight or bright room.
  2. Use a smartphone or good camera.
  3. Face & neck visible, without shadows.
  4. Avoid heavily filtered photos.
  5. Pet frontal, at eye level.
  6. Accessories are not drawn.

Send us your picture via email and we'll let you know. Since we often create portraits of deceased pets, we understand that it's not always possible to follow all of the above guidelines.
