Shipping information

After your order, your personalized product will be produced and shipped immediately. The estimated shipping time can be found on the product page. Shipping to Austria and Switzerland may take a little longer. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain a tracking link for your order.

Please note: For orders of custom-painted portraits, we require an additional 2-3 business days for processing. During this time, our designers will paint the custom portrait and coordinate the design with you.
